When Hudson was young he ate something truly dreadful – it had been dead a very long time and every other animal that ventured into the field had ignored it…except Hudson. Unsurprisingly it made him very ill and actually gave him a bout of colitis, his digestion is still quite sensitive. We did some research and decided to try Hudson on a Grain Free diet to see if that would help his colitis and it did! As the Feelwells Dogs free feed we put them all onto our Grain Free Food – they love it and it suits them all.
Suitable for all dogs including those with a sensitive digestion, food intolerances, allergies or colitis.
All the grains/cereals have been replaced with sweet potato and potato which are excellent alternatives, sweet potato is a complex carbohydrate high in B vitamins.
We have used Salmon & Trout as the protein sources as they are rich in amino acids for growth and development.
We have also added an Omega 3 supplement – an excellent source of EPA & DHA to support cognitive function, visual development and help reduce the inflammation response.

I have used this food for my rescue border terrier for 8-9 years. I am a first time dog owner and after much research chose this one. I haven’t looked back since. He (Jack) loves his Salmon Trout and Sweet Potato complete food and hasn’t ever turned his nose up. He eats this as though he hasn’t been fed for days. He’s eager to wolf this food down so fast I purchase a bowl that helps slow down how fast he eats it! Handy to grab a handful to use a treats on a walk. In all these years I have NEVER had any problems of any sort. Communication and delivery is swift and efficient. My dogs overall health as a rescue, is excellent and can tell how good this food is from the type of poop I need to pick up! Sorry to be crude but I believe this points to evidence of high quality food. I always recommend this food to other dog owners.
