Amending Your Feelwells Subscription

1. Log In to Your Account

To get started, log in to your Feelwells account:

1. Visit our website feelwells.co.uk.
2. Click on the My Account link located at the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your username and password, then click Log In.

2. Access Your Subscriptions

Once logged in, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the My Account page if you are not already there.
2. Click on the Subscriptions tab to view your current subscriptions.

3. Select the Subscription to Amend

1. Identify the subscription you want to amend from the list of active subscriptions.
2. Click the View button next to the subscription you wish to modify.

4. Make Changes to Your Subscription

In the subscription details page, you can perform the following actions:

Update Shipping Address

1. Click on Change Address next to the shipping address section.
2. Enter the new address details and click Save Address.

Change Payment Method

1. Click on Change Payment next to the payment method section.
2. Select your preferred payment method or add a new one.
3. Confirm the changes.

Modify Subscription Items

1. Scroll down to the Subscription Items section.
2. To remove products, click on the X button next to the item.
3. On some items, you may be able to adjust the box size or frequency. To do this click on the Upgrade or Downgrade button next to the item. From here you will be able to make changes.

Change Delivery Schedule

1. Click on Change Schedule.
2. Select your preferred delivery frequency from the available options.
3. Confirm your new schedule by clicking Save Changes.

5. Review and Confirm Changes

After making the necessary amendments:

1. Review all changes carefully to ensure they are correct.
2. Click Save Changes or Confirm to finalise your amendments.
