Feelwells is committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity and opposes all forms of modern slavery, forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking.

As a sole trader business with no employees, the nature and scale of operations are considered low risk in relation to modern slavery. However, the business remains committed to acting responsibly and expects the same standards from any suppliers, contractors, freelancers, or third-party service providers used in the course of business activities.

Commitment

Feelwells will:

– Conduct business in a fair, lawful, and ethical manner

– Avoid knowingly working with organisations involved in slavery or human trafficking

– Seek to work with reputable suppliers and service providers

– Remain alert to any concerns relating to unethical labour practices

– Take appropriate action if concerns are identified

Supply Chain

The business operates with a limited supply chain and does not employ staff or engage in manufacturing activities. Third-party suppliers may include:

– Manufacturers of products sold

– Digital service providers

– Printers and merchandise suppliers

– Freelance contractors

– Software and hosting providers

Where practical, suppliers are selected based on reputation, professionalism, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibility

Responsibility for this policy sits with the business owner, who will review the policy periodically to ensure it remains appropriate to the size and nature of the business.

Review

This policy will be reviewed annually or updated where necessary to reflect changes in business activities or legal requirements.
